I intend to use OneTap Check-In to help expedite the registration and check-in process for an event I’m arranging that will have over 500 people. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions from those who have dealt with OneTap events of this size before, as this is my first time using the platform for such a big gathering.

I could use some help in the following specific areas:

Pre-Event Setup: I want to make sure that I’m establishing the check-in requirements, participant details, and any other information well in advance. Are there any tips for combining data from spreadsheets or other platforms to cut down on data entry time, and what are some suggested procedures for creating attendee lists? :thinking:

Troubleshooting Common Issues: What backup plans have you found to be most effective in the event of a device breakdown or connectivity problems? Is there a real-time data backup option or an offline mode, just in case? :thinking:
