I understand that One Tap admins can create confirmation emails, which may include check-in details, QR codes, or additional instructions. I would like to include a certificate of participation, which is created in another application. The link to view this certificate should be a URL that renders as a QR code. The certificate URLs can be placed in the attendee table.

Is this possible, and where can I learn more about customising confirmation emails?

Thanks for sharing this! Currently, we don’t support adding custom certificate links or QR codes directly into confirmation emails. I’ll note this as feedback for our team, since having more flexibility in customizing emails (like adding certificate URLs) could be very useful.
