Meet Rick, a conference organizer who hosts a long-running annual conference dedicated to firefighters. For years, Rick struggled with attendance. He was using apps overloaded with too many settings and steep learning curves (last one he used had 100 different toggles… yikes).
Managing an event with 46 different sessions and over 200 attendees became increasingly complex.
